i have to renew my IBJJF membership next year. my question is: do i have to go through the same process again next year with the instructor's signature and all that faxing my driver's license again?

man... thats dumb. i already showed them all this shit. its not like i got demoted to purple belt after i showed them proof that im a brown belt. totally inefficient and a waste of time. unless you don't know what your talking about, McBain.

It took me only a few minutes to re-register. Just save a PDF file of your ID on your computer. Then you can just fax/email it along with the form your coach signed. Use your head.

True , why can't they "IBJJF" do that ? I'm a paying customer ,why shouldn't they make things easier for there customers ?

I do things all the time to keep my customers happy ,why can't they ??
People are getting fed up with the bullshit .

you don't have a current membership, you cannot enter their competitions.

Maybe they are not that keen to have more people competing.

You could make your paid instructor that make a living of teaching JJ to take care of your application annual form but that would be too hard as well.

This is my third year i just paid gave my Usbjjf # and they sent me my new card.Next year all belts will have to in order to compete so whether you do an Open or Pans/Mundial you'll still have to register.

so you did not have to deal with all the paper work again. cool.
