I wish I could come up with an interesting diet log title

Alright, I've stayed about the same weight for the past 2 years (~195) and nobody has really held me accountable for my diet, which leads to me trying to lose weight then a binge a few days later so I've decided to start a log. I'm a pretty broke college student and the cafeteria's only decent meal(health wise) so I'll probably be trying to eat some pretty cheap but, healthy stuff.

Goal: 180 lbs
Current Weight: 198 this morning
Time Limit: February 1, 2012
 
Good luck, mate. I understand how difficult the cafeteria thing is. Going through it myself.
 
7:00 A.M. Toast w/ honey, 2 cups skim milk
Lift
9:00 A.M. 6 eggs, 2 slices ham, 1 cup broccoli
12:00 P.M. Minestrone Soup w/ Steak
3:00 P.M. Minestrone Soup w/ Steak
6:00 P.M. Raisin Bran Crunch, 1 cup skim milk
8:00 Toast w/ peanut butter and honey

Total Cals: ~2450
Total Protein: ~213
 
6:30 A.M. Ham, egg, cheese sandwhich, 1 cup broccoli
11:00 Beef Stew, Carots
2:00 Raisin Bran Crunch, 1 cup milk
5:00:protein Shake

Cals:~2300
Protein:~160
