as a self proclaimed MD and therapist my advice is to slam it into the wall.
If it hurts it might be broken, if not slam it again.
You could also rub alcohol on the arm, remember to do it close to an open flame.

Get it checked out, it might not be broken but you could've damaged other things.

Go to an arm doctor for xray and titanium screws. You don't want to be like those guys with broken nose and heals crooked.
