GAKIC - Don't worry about it
LEUKIC - Bulk Leucine; Better would be bulk BCAAs
CREAKIC - Creatine Monohydrate 5g/ day

thanks, but what brands do you suggest to replace leukic & creakic?

For BCAAs, it's hard to go wrong with Bulk Nutrition. You cna get 1000g of the powder for about $40. http://www.bulknutrition.com/?products_id=1511
As far as creatine, any basic creatine monohydrate will do. Right now GNC has it for half off, so you could get 500g for $11 or 1000g for $20.
If you want to just make one order, BN has several options like this: http://www.bulknutrition.com/?products_id=2983

With this, you'll save a lot of money, have a much greater/longer supply and be able to buy more food and protein.

As far as proteins, generally respected brands/products are:
Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey
Cytosport Muscle Milk
BSN Syntha-6
Muscle Milk and Syntha-6 are blends that absorb slower and are better between meals or before bed. Whey protein is ideal post-workout as it absorbs quickly.

LEUKIC - Bulk Leucine; Better would be bulk BCAAs
CREAKIC - Creatine Monohydrate 5g/ day

Good advice, but i'd go with creatine ethyl ester, or a creatine blend over straight monohydrate.

Optimum Nutrition BCAA powder would be the most cost effective.
NX Labs Aminovol is a pretty good amino acid supp, but more expensive. I don't really like the GNC BCAAs as they aren't in the 2:1:1 ratio of Leucine: Iso-leucine : Valine.

GNC Creatine Monohydrate liek I suggested at first is a good choice. If you're willling to spend more money, Gaspari Size-On is a good cretine powder with a lot of other goodies.

Also Syntha-6 is the shit, I absolutely love it, it has whey and casein so you can take it pre and post or as a meal replacement.

thanks for the info guys, i'll read about those products more to make comparisons
