You guys should try do panzerotti, easy to do and more to eat

You just put pizza dough piece on the table, flat it to make it a wide tick layer, put ingredients in the middle of it (i use only mozzarella, but you can add tomato sauce and ham or minced meat) and close it rolling the borders together like an ugly xmas gift, then put that thing to fry in a pan full of boiling oil
Result is something like this
