Hi everyone,

I’ve been using the Human Benchmark website to test and improve my cognitive skills, but I have a question about the exercises.

Some of the tests, like the reaction time or sequence memory, feel a bit inconsistent in terms of how they’re measured or what they’re testing.

Has anyone else noticed this? Also, do you have any tips or strategies for improving scores on these tests,

especially on the tests that require more focus or memorization.

I’m curious to know if there’s a way to train more effectively for better results.
