Me? I've been procrastinating like a [Oedipus].

I return to my adjunct job tomorrow, and I'm not ready for sh*t. At least we're virtual.
My boss is gonna ream me out because I won't have quarterly reports done on mountains worth of data, even after my extension tomorrow. She's all like "you've had several months to do it." I'm like "bih if I'm teaching 10 out of 8 hours what difference does it make?"

Chill weekend but too damn short.



But enough about me. How you doin'?

Spent a good 2 hrs at the gym today. Plan on going back again tonight.

Listening to some teaching/preaching on YouTube as I lay in bed trying to figure out what I wanna eat.

Last Friday was Christmas for Orthodox Christians, so we've had a family gathering, a lot of fun and a really good time. We had heavy snow showers on Saturday so my older brother and I took our kids on a ride through the woods on his quads. Pure bliss, but today I realized I'm getting too old for that stuff. Been sitting on Sherdog almost the entire day. All in all, can't complain. Hope everyone in the Berry is doing alright.

I had a great weekend just me and the Mrs, laughed a lot, saw some cool stuff, reminded me how good life can be

So far so good.

Worked out, went for a bike ride, went out for breakfast, then a picnic, had sex, ate pretty well, slept a lot, cleaned the house.

Last week was kind of brutal since I worked my ass off since a coworker of mine was on vacation and I replaced him and a few others had or thought they had Covid and worked half ass.

Oh, and I bought a new fridge that is coming tomorrow.

Came down with the Rona late Friday, so have been laying in bed all weekend browsing sherdog, the only real cure to the vid.

Shitty, just getting over stomach flu. The last few days has been constant stomach cramping and violent gas. Like constant. Almost went to ER on Friday but drank a bottle of Mylanta instead. I did watch a cool old movie with Orion Welles called The Lady from Shanghai. Rita Hayworth was a stone cold bombshell.

My son turned 21 last night (today) so hung out w him and his friends.

Today I'm at my friend's house watching football and grilled steaks.

My wife and kids are all sick with Covid, my wife especially got KOd by this Omicron variant. I’m not sick so far and have tested negative on two rapid tests.

In short it hasn’t been a great weekend, and I’ll have to work at home this coming week because the partners at my firm asked me to work from home so as not to infect the office in case I’m carrying it, but the shittiest part of it all is that my kids will have to stay home this coming week. That’s going to suck.
