Mongols

Greeks
Spartans
Samurai

Unfortunately, the Vikings would struggle against everyone. They were designed for speed, surprise, and intimidation, not for balanced warfare. Brute force has its limits in battle. The Vikings lacked discipline and organization, and their range capabilities were weak. While axes and swords were deadly up close, they didn’t perform well on open battlefields where other armies had spears, bows, and fire attacks.

Free-for-all battle: which army wins?

1.The Mongols would be the last ones standing.
2.The Vikings would be the first to go.

Vikings did not do very well in direct army vs army combat if i remember correcly

They would struggle against Greeks, Spartans. Not sure about samurai.

Against Roman's they'd get completely worked. Their shield walls would get devastated by ballista, scorpions and ornagers.

Against the Mongols, it would depend on the terrain.

Possibly but I don't know much about them. I was thinking more about man to man.
Mongols didn’t really fight man to man, they fought in skirmish mode via horse and bow.

If we are talking military fighting styles, Mongols would have Crassus’ed the Vikings..

But if you’re talking about tossing a Mongol vs Viking in an octagon, probably a Viking since Mongols weren’t really known for their hand to hand foot soldiers..
