I used to sell Tv's at Circuit City. I was Non-commission so I wasn't hard ass salesmen just saying whatever for a commission. I had customers who would go down the street to other stores, and would say "well the guy at magnolia hi-fi told me I should buy there TV(same model) because it has a "goganamator". They also say they have built in flux capacitors for maximum HD vision". They would basically lie and say whatever they could for the sale.
It would really piss me off when they would take advantage of old people, who would go in for a 20" TV and unknowingly trust the salesmen and spend like ten grand. They make up stuff like the Government was taking away your TV unless you upgraded to HDTV and buy a satellite ect.. Or the old TV's send out beta waves that will give you cancer. Bunch of slime bags just out to make money.
Not all salesmen are like that. Try to be one of the good ones.
