I used to think majority of people here were in their 20's but im wrong it seems like the big majority of people here are in their 40's, really didn't expect to see that many old people interested in cage fighting, but thats cool, i didn't even realize the difference in age we probably have as a group some time ago, mma truly is a universal language.

Yeahhh i read a lot of comments here just to pass time ( im exacly 20 years old by the way) and i never saw someone say they are less than 40 on the comments where they mention their age... I guess sherdog is full of boomers?

Is this true? Truth be told i've never meet anyone my age who uses an internet forum, but i always tought thats becuase i live in a bouble with my own interests ( mma fights)

People growing up with Facebook and social media like that tend to pursue their interests in groups on those sites. Specific forums were the only real option in the early 2000's, so people who started using them then stuck with them. This is why the demographics are the way they are. The exception are image boards like 4chan, where the freedom to post crazy stuff attracts all types of people.
