How often do you cut your finger and toe nails?

I cut my finger nails every one and half weeks and my toe nails like every two weeks they don't grow that long but I always trim them and file them.

I flippin hate doing it. When I can't type properly or when my toes star to look daft.
Went to Joshua Tree and broke a pinky nail so badly to the quik I had to go to a Walmart to but nail clippers. Own silly fault letting it grow so really damned long.

I can't have anyone touch my nails, it hurts if they cut them too short its painful. I have to do it myself. I used to just file them often but I had to stop because it became like OCD level
