I was recruited out of my first year of university, worked for the company every summer and made a full partner less than a year after I graduated. Been running the company pretty much on my own the last 4 years as the other two partners are semi-retired. What can I say, business has been booming. We've averaged over 30 multimillion dollar contracts per year since I joined the company fulltime.
