How do you guys think Sandhagen would do against Volk?

Especially like prior to last night.
If Sandhagen moves up, he’s still a normal size to even a kind of larger featherweight, he is bigger than Volk maybe not as stocky but I’d assume Sandhagen would be able to put some mass on himself if he doesn’t limit himself to staying at 135 where he’s done great and looks great everywhere. I feel like the correct move for Corey is moving up because he clearly is the best fighter in the bantamweight division who isn’t going to be champion.

So after doing a little thinking, Sandhagen essentially gives up all the advantages he has at Bantamweight by moving to Featherweight. He will no longer be taller then everyone else and who knows whether or not he would keep his speed up a weightclass

i rate Sandhagen highly but think Volk would win and win well. I thought he had a massive chance yesterday, how wrong i was....

Cory enjoys a reach advantage on most BWs and wouldn't have that here. Height doesn't matter since everyone Volk has fought is taller. Cory gets outclassed badly and maybe stopped too.

He is a really good overall fighter but anytime he fights a truly great fighter (Aljo, TJ, Yan, Umar, Merab) he loses. The only close fight there was TJ and he tore his LCL and meniscus in the 1st round.

Frankie was well past his prime when Cory beat him and Fig, while an impressive win, is a big flyweight. There is absolutely nothing to suggest Cory has anything for a FW GOAT.
