I was watching Seinfeld again for the 15th time, maybe more, lol. And i got to thinking, the cast is too old to do a reboot series, but what about a movie. I was thinking the premise could be they were supposed to do a year in prison, but they keep getting in trouble in jail and get time added to there sentence. One year turns into 28 years later. I would like to hear other Seinfeld fans take on this premise.

I love Seinfeld but not sure, because of the aging.

I did like the series reboot in Curb your enthuasim. It was like a legit 15 min episode I think.

Their*.

28 years later? Already a movie on it, a shit one, but still.

Would I watch a bullshit sequel to Seinfeld? No.

They could do a new season, but only if it is in a new city.

They gotta leave it where it's at.

It would be depressing.

George was always my favorite.

I'd watch it. It would probably suck. It's sad how comedians get less funny as they age but there's a chance it could be decent and it wouldn't change how good it was in the 90s.

I'm a huge fan, so I'd watch it. But I thought they went too long the first time and should have stopped after season 8. I hated the finale because it had too much of an agenda. Bring everyone back, etc. I would have preferred a stand alone typical episode and if the movie took that approach instead of trying to be a big deal, it would probably work.
