History biggest transfer is done deal

I disagree.
You are from England, of course you disagree...
I'm a fan of a team who each year loses 3-4 starters because of the big teams offering them big contracts...without FFP we would lose even more players each year.

lol, with FFP, Manchester United would win every single year. No other team generates as much "natural revenue" as Man Utd. That's a fact.

Realy dude...I'm talking about the teams out of the big 20 not having a chance any more and your exemple is one of the top 20 not winning everything?
And is a known fact that the the top priority for the Glazers is making money and not like Abramovic, PSG, Real or Barca who don't care to overspend to win titles.

Good luck to him. Interested to see what Barca does with the money.

Sign an actual top talent or buy a bunch of Gomes and Turans.

The premier league is too lopsided. That if teams were only allowed to spend what they generate naturally, Man Utd would win the league perpetually. They would win every single year. No other team can compete with them in terms of global fan base and sponsors.

Literally, before the rich Russians and Arabs, it was only Man Utd and Arsenal winning the league.

Chelsea and Man City getting cash injections makes it more competitive.

Again, you talk only of the premier league teams...that was not my point.
And cash injections is one thing, the other thing is having only 10-20 teams from 5 countries who can spend 200M and the rest can't compete any more.
In the 70's teams from 10 countries reached the Champions League/European Champion Cup finals.
In the 80's from 7 countries.
In the 90's from 8 diferent countries.
In the 00's from 6 countries.
And from 2010 to 2017 only teams from England, Spain, Germany and Italy...so, 4 countries.
Do you see the trend?

I see your point with regards to other leagues, but even with FFP, this concentration of wealth into the few will still naturally happen.

Most likely Ney takes the number 10 shirt and Pastore reclaim his old number 27.

That is a fuckload of money.
For a step down, no less. There's not really a great intersport comparison, but think Steph Curry leaving GSW for Olympiakos in Greece for a dump truck full of cash.

Cowardly move, but he'll be making a fortune crushing cans in the French League.

Gomes is a top talent, in the middle, not where Enrique played him. Valverde watched a bunch of film on him and gave him a phonecall telling him that he's going to fix his position.
Turan was a bad buy, idk what the fuck Enrique was thinking
