Henry Cejudo responds to Sean O’Malley

STFU Henry. You haven't fought in like 2 1/2 years and nobody is clamoring to have you back. Either fight or shut up.

I'm so sick of hearing from Cejudo, Jones, and Conor when they have no fights even close to being scheduled.

He is trying really hard to interject himself into the title picture. It's just unfortunate he has basically no fan support for what he wants.
At the UFC 280 post fight presser Dana was asked about who's next at BW and the reporter said he just wanted to know what Dana thought and he said how about Henry Cejudo. Seems like he has Dana's support. I don't think Dana really gives a shit about Cejudo's story and retirements and whatever.

Wouldn't be surprised if he did. But that more sounds like he was just tossing the name at the wall to see if it would stick. And seeing as it definitely did not set the twitterverse alight I doubt Dana pushes to move on it. But i've been wrong before.

Cejudo has got to be one of the worst readers of a room I’ve ever seen. Absolutely no self awareness at all.

2 1/2 years of nobody paying him any attention at all. Yet he continues the cringe behavior. I wouldn’t give the guy the time of day if I was a top 5 BW, or FW. I guess it would be a good legacy win. But beating Cejudo doesn’t get anybody a TS.

I kinda agree with you but you have to admit that this was pretty funny.

I guarantee if Cejudo fought literally ANYONE before the end of the year he'd find himself in a number 1 contenders fight by Spring.

Don't underestimate the devastating effect that a failure to compete has.

I rate the chances of bouncing back from a long term injury higher than that of a loss of focus.

It's already been two-and-a-half years, purely out of choice, and he's 35 now.

Prime wasted. Earning potential remains, but you can't reclaim athleticism.

I'm actually not even a Henry Cejudo fan... He's annoying and cringe but I think he whoops most of the people in his former division right now.

Why write him off like he's a bum or he didn't leave on top?

He's a former champ with some great wins...

He's also a great fighter with a great fighting mindset - which is why so many people want to go train with him.
