Health Have you been very ill this January?

I am beginning to come down with something. I feel a little cold and my head is a bit sore. Hopefully it will go away after a good sleep.
I can now confirm that I have some sickness lmao. Headaches, can sleep all day and a blocked nose. Living the life.

I just started feeling sick today… sneezing watery eyes nose sore throat and cold

I was definitely sick today must be a virus going around.

Yes, right now. I have a horrible case of the shitties + flu symptoms.

No sickness so far, knock on wood! I pretty much stopped developing colds and the flu after eating healthier, getting some sensible sunshine or UVB exposure, and moderate exercising till I sweat.

Not long ago i read a book about colds and the flu. It had a mention on how body pH can effect if one develops a cold or not. Some research has found that the more acidic one becomes the more likely they are to develop a cold. In the colder months one is more likely to become more acidic.

I was sick during Christmas week.
Felt better then picked up nasty case of Strep throat first week of January. Now multiple family members have/had Strep.

I have nothing further to add.

Yeah. I went to the doctor for a headache last week...

hahaaha, dude that's just not fair. I'm fucking dying over here that's so funny.

Oh ya. Going on like 2 weeks of a terrible chest cold. It suxks ! When I breathe out it sounds like a muffler. Maybe I got pnimoneia or maybe I got the super aids. Don’t know. Didn’t take covid test either.

I had some sinus issues during the week where the temperature was swinging from 0 to then 40, Fahrenheit, in about 24 hours.

Also, my wife has something but that'll work itself out naturally around the beginning of September.

What we NEED is some kind of experimental gene therapy fast tracked without trials that absolve the manufacturers of any responsibilities while giving our kids myocarditis in order to survive January!

I've said it many times, but drink a shit ton of water every day, especially in the winter when it's naturally drier.

The main two things for staying healthy: being hydrated like a motherfucker and getting plenty of sleep. Add exercise and a decent diet on top of that and you'll be a powerhouse.

Quit being cans and put the effort in. Stay hard.
