If you actually listen to him he sounds credible. I've worked in a hospital for 5 yrs have a lot of experience with the mentally ill

I'm not following this. If they can see who the president is 30 years from now, why would they need to start grooming him now? The reason you groom a potential candidate is so that he can make it through the vetting process and win the election. If he's already won, why do you need to groom him?
