GYMS - Paris, do they exist?

Looking for a decent gym in Paris that DOES NOT charge 800 EUR per year and/or that can be payed on a monthly plan... and is located in the 14th, 13th, 5th, 19th...

Any ideas?

Are you looking to do a martial art or is it to workout?

Battling Club is in the 10th, about ten-fifteen minute walk from the Louis Blanc metro in the 19th - the gym is down by the Cork & Cavan Irish pub (great place, spent most of my time in Paris propping up the bar in there) along the canal (quai de jemappes).

I never went there, I only found out about its existance during my last week in Paris but its meant to be a great place. As far as I know, it can be paid monthly. But like everything in Paris, its expensive.

There are some Parisians on this board that might be able to give you some better suggestions.

To practice what?
I've been training bjj for some time now, the most I've paid was 280 a year...
