Can you solve the mystery?

Guy Fieri and his partner, Van Halen frontman Sammy Hagar, were getting ready to launch their new special tequila ahead of the holiday season. Some 24,000 bottles of Santo Tequila were on their way to a warehouse in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, after they were picked up at the distillery in western Mexico before going through customs and loaded onto trucks after crossing the border in Laredo, Texas.
But the bottles never arrived.

Fieri revealed to 60 Minutes Correspondent Sharyn Alfonsi that two truckloads of tequila were stolen in an elaborate heist that was being orchestrated all the way in Armenia. The elaborate ruse involved phony trucking companies that appeared to be legitimate to win delivery work bids. It’s a tractor-trailer shell game dubbed “double brokering.”

“Here’s what happened: the logistics company that worked for Santo hired a trucking company to move the tequila from Texas to Pennsylvania. But then, that trucking company outsourced the job to two other trucking companies, who then hired drivers,” 60 Minutes reported. “The problem is those second trucking companies were fake with phony letterheads, email addresses and phone numbers to appear legitimate.”
All the bottles Santo planned to launch were in the two missing truckloads. The heist caused a domino effect.
