Health Gum disease.

I have bad gum genetics or something. I go to the dentist every three months for periodontal maintenance and do the following routine twice a day + have a portable water pick that I use after lunch when at work...

1.) Brush
2.) Floss
3.) Rinse with mouthwash
4.) Water pick with a capful of peroxide mixed in

Dentist still tells me every time that I'm not doing enough for my gums.

<{hughesimpress}>

Yeah, I'm considering buying a waterpik.

I've been brushing my teeth, then flossing, then using Corsodil, twice a day.

I've bought a toothbrush and some interdental picks for work as well, though the interdental picks aren't very good. They're too big and I bought the smallest that Boots had.

I've always told young people that it's so important to look after your teeth and gums. In turn, they've usually told me, 'Fuck off, you old git!!!'

Seriously though, i wish i'd looked after my teeth during my young and middle-aged years, i'm suffering now because i didn't.

Yeah, I agree.

I think it depends on how you grow up as well. Dentistry is expensive and time consuming, and bringing floss below the gum-line is going to be daunting if you haven't been taught it, especially if your gums bleed.

I do wish that I had more of a relationship with my dentist, more frequent visits etc.

Keepinh teeth clean alone does not guarantee oral health. Proper minerals and proper absorption of the minerals in your body are key, it can be genetic. Bro, try oil pulling. swish your mouth with coconut oil for 15 minutes then spit it out rise with water. use peroxide springly, its super drying for your tissue.

Is she hot..... It's even better when the assistant and the dentist are hot

Parodontax helps with bleeding gums. Use it. And floss everyday. Get some "silky" variety. Start taking it more seriously.

Tooth loss or mouth issues are a huge fear of mine. I don't get people who do not care about it as much as we should. Crazy.

had a cleaning just 4 days ago
my gums has infections
good to see an expert i thought my teeth are damaged but its because of the tartar building up that infected my gums

got my antibiotics and started to enjoy eating meat again .as of right now😁

Try the Weleda toothpaste and mouthwash for a bit......

Done.

Cost £15 off an Amazon order...

Coming Wednesday.

I think I've taken my last batch of Corsodil. It tastes like I've swallowed the whole bloody ocean and those pictures of Corsodil teeth have frightened me a tad...

I have a few chips but my hygienist said that my teeth were in good shape for not seeing a dentist in fourteen years. I had quite a bit of plaque between my teeth though, a lot of it not visible.

I also went because I thought that my gums were receding.

All the best with your issues mate.

Yeah, I buy silky for floss. My teeth are tightly packed together because of the braces that I used to wear as a kid, so silk floss doesn't feel as girthy.

With me, it was a combination of what I wasn't taught as a kid, combined with neglect at certain points, then bleeding when I tried to clean up, plus money and low wage. Also I don't think that people really worry about it when they are young.

Yeah, I can see that. Went through a phase when I was younger that I didn’t care too much about it either. Some commercial came on when I was watching cartoons one day and it had some truly fucked up mouths that looked like a coal mining operation… Brushed my teeth for like 10 minutes straight and set off a lifelong love of tooth care lol. Still haunts me.

There are many products out there that help with this sort of thing. You definitely need to make sure someone looks at it all and tells you what’s what. Got to know what’s happening in there in order to rectify anything. So many issues in there affect other parts of your body. Infections can mess with all sorts of other body parts. Heart issues can happen and I think some brain functions too. Not entirely sure though, and I don’t want to google it.
