He’s in the best spot now. Tony, Justin and Dustin will be out of the way, and he’s going to be the only name besides usman, and of course for the sake of entertainment Conor.

If khabib won’t move up, it’s really just a question of whether khabib wants legacy or money. And it’s quite clear khabib wants legacy. So simply put, GSP is the guy. And they have to hit his number to make it happen or it’s Silva vs GSP all over again. The fight that never was.

Hendricks fought the fight of his life, and he still lost. There is no reason to think he would magically do better in the rematch.

Oh my fucking god. "the fight of his life." whatever dude GSP got his ass kicked. Me and you both know he would have been scared shitless to get back in there w/ Johnny. He probably would have just let Johnny KO him in the rematch tbh, he would have froze up like a trauma victim.

Or Hendricks could have simply agreed to the enhanced drug testing that GSP himself took and offered to pay for leading up to their fight.

And of course take the same testing again in the rematch.

Hendricks went 1-5 post USADA and missed weight 4 times. GSP clearly had a reason for wanting Hendricks to undergo more comprehensive testing.

I didn't know GSP's whole career was dependent on Johnny fucking Hendricks and his personal decisions.

What was Johnny supposed to go in there and win fights for GSP as well?

Johnny didn't need to do shit GSP just acted like he did.

"Very high IQ* I also have personal experiences when it comes to combat sports.

I also know GSP personally recounted how he was scared shitless of Matt Hughes, and plenty of other Contenders he fought,

so I can only guess Johnny back then would probably be at the top of the list regarding guys he was scared of. (Considering Johnny beat the shit out of him and all)

GSP is arguably the greatest champion in UFC history.

Johny Hendricks is a footnote, whose greatest accomplishment is almost beating GSP.

If that was a bar Fight Johnny goes back to the boys and keeps drinking, GSP on the other hand would have to go home to ice his face and balls.

GSP won 3 rounds, including the last one.

If Hendricks wanted to win the fight, maybe he should have tried winning the last round.

This narrative that Hendricks won convincingly is nonsense. He won 2 rounds convincingly.
