Im a big fan of GSP but id be lying if i was to say that doesnt look like HGH gut. Also he had some shady ass testing situation with nick diaz. Everyone was on steroids back then though so if he used he was just leveling the playing feild.

could also be overdeveloped exterior abdominal muscles and not working on his interior ones. He's looked big lately and no "gut"
