Unfortunately I won’t get to train, as I’m going with friends and their family who are familiar with the place and who have an agenda.

My only hope is to convince them to go to a bar where they hold fights and try to jump in on one of them. Does anyone have any bars they can recommend in Bangkok or Phuket where I can get a fight?

Enjoy the ladyboys!

Dude, don't fight on a whim. Come back like JCVD's brother with a broken back in a wheelchair after some Tong Po motherphuker puts you in a highlight reel.

Ditch these loser friends and family to go train for a few days. Post pictures and then flex on all the fatties here at Sherdog.

Funnily enough, so am I.

Missus is from Rayong and she has to go see her family, so I picked to stay until a couple days after Loy Krathong. First week will be spent in Pattaya, though I'll visit Rayong for a few days as well. I'm not sure after.

I've only been once. Stayed in the Ramada Hotel in Bangkok, then the Woraburi in Phuket.

I wanted to go for twenty days but the missus wanted to go for two weeks, which I agreed to as I want to go to Japan solo next year. I kind of regret agreeing though. I'd like to go up north, but time is a bit tight.

There are bars with rings where they have fights and invite people from the crowd to fight each other for a bucket of booze. Not a serious fight by any means but if you have any training, you should be able to beat drunk tourists with ease. Plus you get free booze.

I did a session at Sitsongpeenong years back. Phuket is a lot of fun, Bangla rd is cool, and weed is legal now apparently, have fun!

That’s exactly what I’m looking for bro. I just want to get one or two of those in

Why not train 2 hours a day ?
My rich best friend and his fiancée are going there to buy traditional Laotian clothes for their Laotian wedding. We will also be with his mom and uncle, the uncle knows all about Thailand.

They are rich and basically sponsoring me, they control my time and they have a schedule on what they do. I’m just happy to be there.

I can probably try to wake up super early to train before they get their day started, but I’m basically doing whatever they are doing. I think we will have nights free, but I know my best friend and his fiancée is gonna want me to come and check out the places with them, which I want to do too. Play tourist and such
