4x worlds strongest man who is 6"8 (203cm) and 440lbs (200kg) during comp and 400lbs off season when cut. Orders entire Taco Bell menu.

Normally he eats 10,000 calories a day.

Also yeah during season he is heavier than when off. Like every other sport you are heavier OFF season then when on, but not in Strongman where more weight helps

By the end he is struggling says he feels gross and needs to lay down

Says he would love to skydive and zipline or drive a supercar but he is too big for all those things. He exceeds the weight by a lot for zipline and skydive

That’s an insane amount of salt to consume in one sitting. Also just a lot of tortillas. Even if he wasn’t finishing them at the end, it was still tortilla after tortilla.

Seems like it’s best to have 5 or fewer items from Taco Bell, after that it starts to turn on you.

It’s a little deceptive because the normal diet for these guys is insane. That being said, it’s normally all fucking protein. I can’t imagine consuming this much crap in one sitting

No check his normal diet. Its a lot of protein BUT he is also eating decent amount of carbs and fats. Daily he eats lots of fatty foods. For example at 19 or so minutes he breaks down 1 of his final meals its 500 calories of turkey meat with 1100 calories of french fries. Lol eating basically 3 servings of french fries in 1 meal. Lots of grits, rice, and cheese. In the video below he eats 2 entire cheese pizzas and cheesecake on a regular day of training. He does say the pizza isnt daily but is allowed if he trains extra hard and his diet coach said based off what he did in training he could have a higher fat intake. He also eats a 700 calorie 2 giant pieces of cheesecake daily!!

At 14:14 he gets 2 pizzas which he then eats with cheesecake.

i think the only sure fire way to increase lifespan in a mammal and most organism is to restrict caloric intake

so he is already putting himself into an early grave with his lifestyle, this is like taking a couple hours off his final day

Guys a multiple times Worlds strongest man champion. Really nice loveable teddy bear too. Millionaire to boot. He knows he cant be 400+ pounds forever he has abs when he drops weight.
