I guess ownership isn’t for everyone.

Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) two-division champion Conor McGregor, who helped found Proper 12 Irish Whiskey back in late 2018, was bought out by the Becle beverage company earlier this month, alongside manager and business partner Audie Attar.

As a result, “Notorious” doubled his net worth.

That’s according to JOE.co, which has McGregor — already valued at $120-$130 million prior to handing over his “Proper” percentage — taking home somewhere in the neighborhood of $130 million. It’s not billionaire status, but I don’t think anyone on the McGregor team is complaining.

I mean, at the end of the day, good for him. His managers/financial planners are probably telling him it's a good time to sell, especially since his stock has to be dropping in the UFC. Cash out now before it is worthless...good move on his behalf.

I have never been a fan of Conor, mainly due to the crap talk and more importantly never defending a belt. But I will say this, he did a great job of making a shit ton of money, I hope he squirreled some of it away.

Good. He was spread out over too many things. Ronda got spread out too much and then got slept. Conor just did not lose, he lost to a guy via getting TKO'd for the first time and with the hands (not even Mayweather could knock him down), and a guy he dusted with ease before with his hands. That'd be like Meisha arm barring Ronda. I think that probably woke him up - or I hope it did - and he realizes he has to get back to the things and the life that made him succesful. In the MMA game, you are either all in at the highest levels or you are losing. We have seen this many times before - Twoods rap game, Ronda's movies, Aldo's burgers, many fighters getting into professional wrestling, etc. It could be time has just passed him, but better to bring in GOAT Artem again, hire a nanny for the kids, get out of all other business ventures, sober up and only focus on fighting.
