Probably the weakest year of the decade, this one is very slim and easy for me.

1. Goldmember
2. Jackass
3. Deeds

Left 2 options open in case someone can name anymore options.

2000 - Me myself Irene
2001 - Scary Movie 2
2002- Austin Powers in Goldmember

Damn, not a great year for comedy.

But props for including The Sweetest Thing.

I also like the part in Stealing Harvard where Tom Green says he’s not liquid and has no money.

Slackers was pretty stupid but still funny as shit.

Men in black 2 is underrated I think. The worst of the original trilogy but I still think it's pretty solid and entertaining.

Death to Smoochey is really good too but more dark comedy.

Thats a rough year for comedies, nothing great.

The new guy was funny though, prime eddie griffin.

That original Jackass movie was freaking hilarious so I gotta pick that but I think Orange County is my personal favorite from that list

I dont think it was very popular but it was a pretty good flick, I think its the movie that set Jack Black on his path to fame

Stealing Harvard was good too

Yeah orange county is pretty good. But he did shallow hal a year earlier which was the start of him going from his days in enemy of the state and cable guy to the more loveable loser type lead.

Edit: also saving Silverman and I forgot he was in waterworld

I didnt know he was in Waterworld and I thought Shallow Hal came out after, he was good in Saving Silverman when he got kicked in the face and spun around lol

The first time I saw him was in The Jackal, when he started getting more parts he always looked familiar to me but I couldnt remember from where
Then finally it clicked, hes the guy from that brutal death scene that I love so much

slackers was good. but not as good as slacker. but slacker was not a comedy anyway. and not released in that year either.

i went with death to smooch. underrated and under radar.

It was close with jackass. But I still think goldmember edges it a little. Jackass 2 is a different story.

Having Michael Caine come in as Austin's dad really elevates it

I thought the ending set up the perfect way to start the 4th film but for some reason it was never meant to be.

It still gets brought up every once and a while by Meyers but at this point I would bet it's too late
