Fuji Gi sizing question

I am planning to buy a Fuji Single Weave GI as my first BJJ gi but am unsure on which size to get as each of the sizes has a weight and height range associated with it. Now I am really skinny for my height, around 140 on slightly over 5'11. So I am wondering whether to get an A2 or A3. The former might have sleeves and pants that are a little too short, the latter might be too baggy. Any advice from someone who is of similar build and owns a Fuji or has general insight on the Fuji sizing is greatly appreciated.

get an A2, never wash it hot. it will be slightly too small, but a a3 will be massive on you. slightly shorter sleaves and pants are fine.

i'm 5'8, 135lbs and use a fuji a2. it fits pretty well, but i did shrink it a bit. I'm not really sure an a2 would be long enough for you, and like was said above, an a3 is probably gonna be too big. i might consider another brand, but you're probably gonna have a hard time finding any that fit really well.

I'm 5'8 and 145. I bought A3s and shrunk them down - I cold washed and 30 minutes on high heat dry cycle made them perfect.

Fujis tend to shrink over time, as do all gis - even if you only cold wash/hang dry, and even ones that claim to be "preshrunk".

Buy an A2 and you will be selling it on ebay in 8 months or so.

yeh mines have shrunk alot (A2)... i'm 5'4, 150 lbs and after almost a
year of all cold washes/hang dry it's starting to be a tad small. Go with
A3

Im 5'7 and I got an A2, it shrunk a lot and I did not even put it on the dryer... Now after 5 months, its running kind of small... for sure get an A3...

I'm 5'11'' and 140 lbs. I have 3 Fuji Victory Gis (not light weight or kassen). I bough all of them A3 and always wash and dry them in the dryer. The sleeves shrunk down to my size. The body is still too big for me, but nothing to really complain about.

For Fuji, get a size bigger than you think you need. It's to the point now where I can wash it hot and put it in the dryer without additional shrinkage and it fits pretty well.

Really? I bought an A2 and it is barely competition legal on me.

I'm 5'9" and 150 lbs.
