Fox New's Brian Kilmeade Announced UFC 2 & 3

So I hadn't watched the early UFC's in forever. Then out of nowhere, I see a thumbnail of a youtube video entitled "UFC 2" but with an unfamiliar/familiar face on it. Doing some quick research, I quickly established my hunch was indeed correct - Fox and Friend's host and token dufus Brian Kilmeade announced those suckers. So like, What in the actual F*ck? Am I the only one who forgot this? How did Brian Kilmeade go from a guy who was tapped to call an exciting new sport to Steve Doocy's idiot sidekick? He's half the reason I can't watch their morning show. I feel my IQ draining with each passing minute. Anyone else baffled/surprised by this?

one of my coworkers was passing by my office as I was heading out a while back & unconditionally so, it came out with the ease of an everyday exhale of breath: "dude you look like a real life Family Circus character". I realized what I had said & then realized that this was a moment that everyone close by was in earshot range, & the hysterical laughing sessions ensued. to this day everyone messes with him about that shit hahaha
