No one can say GSP is 100% clean, but if he was a heavy abuser of steroids/hgh he would have tell tale signs. So we can say with high certainty he isn't an abuser of such things. You can't say GSP has a HGH bodybuilders gut which is caused by HGH abuse and then explain why his head hasn't changed size.

Well given the era he came up in, which was rife with steroids and HGH, his head would be larger over a time period. His head size seems nearly exactly the same after 15 years.

But this doesn't mean he is 100% clean, but its a good indicator he isn't some massive abuser of these things unlike most people in his era. Have you seen Serra who has admitted to being on steroids/test "Since he retired" ?

You'd have to be straight up delusional to think that he wasn't on something when a good part of the rest of his division was......Trigg, Alves, Sherk etc.

But yeah his head Growth isn't significant.

He was dominant in an era that was rife with steroid and HGH abuse, so you would have to ask the question. But his head hasn't grown much, which says something I think. GSP likely knew the reality of his situation yet didn't like the fact it was so prevalent.

Obviously its impossible to know for sure whether he's juicing, and I think he deserves the benefit of the doubt.

Somebody pointed out that it's hard to expect MMA to clean up when even the promoters and commentators are on juice. This underlines that quite well.
