Lately another bullshit statement came out of Danas mouth and this thread will set things right. Same guy who let CM Punk fight in the UFC because they were desperate while Logan has legit wrestling and athletic ability behind his fame.

Regarding boxing:

Currently these guys in boxing are on the rise, the first two names are on a slight decline but still hold great power and the rest are great champions that are relevant to the sport.

Adrien Broner
Kell Brook
Errol Spence
Devin Haney
Gervonta Davis
Chris Colbert
Terrence Crawford
Tyson Fury
Deontay wilder
Anthony Joshua
Lomachenko
Teofimo Lopez

Now:

Naseem Hameds sons:

You literally just posted this in the other thread.

The fact twice youve genuinely said Kell Brook is on that list as a big boxing name is ridiculous in itself. Hes literally 1/2 fights away from retirement and noone cares about him, not even in the UK.

Thats the MMA equivalent of me saying Diego Sanchez is on the rise.

He is in decline now but he comes from the Ingle school boxing and Billy Joe Saunders is replacing him as the new Ingle style fighter.

What does that have to do with anything?

Hes still never been a draw or a big star im boxing, isnt that why you made this thread?

Ms. Dana is talking about how shit boxing is because of the Floyd/Paul situation. Floyd is doing exhibitions, his matches have no merits or relevance to boxing and Dana is talking out of his ass and people here buy his bullshit. Boxing is doing fantastic and the fact that there is a person in this forum who knows Kell Brook at this time should tell you that boxing is doing fine.

You're gonna include Kell Brook and Chris Colbert on your list, but exclude Canelo and GGG? Interesting.

Looking at their posts, its either Kell Brook himself or they train at Brooks gym and want people to know.

"someone on Sherdog knows who Kell Brook is so he MUST be a big star".

People on this forum have heard the name Carla Esparza before bro, doesnt make them a draw.

My bad but hey, Canelo and GGG are so famous that I just felt there was no need to even mention them.

WWE is still more popular than both fake sports.

As long as Conor McGregor is around the sport is safe from dying.

Yep.

Pretty much the only guy who could sell 500k Ppv without the help of UFC and a stacked card.

Conor is a high profile guy, even by boxing and WWE standards.

Allright so let me analyze the situation real quick from the point of view of everyone that's not a hardcore boxing fan

"oh yea that's the big boxer mental health guy right"
Deontay wilder
"oh yea thats the guy who lost to the mental health guy right"
Anthony Joshua
"OMG that guy is soooo hot"
Lomachenko

Teofimo Lopez

Only people that actually follow the sport of boxing know who these guys are. There's a reason why Mayweather vs Logan Paul is happening AND it being the most talked about/anticipated fight of the coming few months.

Who cares about this? Can't some of you like one sport without shitting on the other? Bunch of little children saying "my dad can beat your dad".

Take this shit to the boxing forum where any fucking thread talking about that sport belongs.

The fact that a retired boxer fighting an 0-1 that towers over him in an exhibition match will outsell Fury vs Wilder 3 tells you all you need to know about the state of boxing.

Wait wait wait. 2 retired boxers just had an exhibition match that outsold anything else this year.

Combat sports are hurting.

None of the guys I mentioned sucker punched an old man like a bitch and that includes the "big boxer mental health guy"

Oh and the guy in your avatar got famous by sucker punching another man. That's why he is well loved.

This argument adds nothing to the conversation and, next to the creation of this thread, only shows how butthurt you are regarding the state of boxing.

For the record: I myself do know who those guys are, I watch and enjoy their fights, and I do not condone sucker punching old men in bars.
