Since I haven't really seen any footage of Escopeta training, I thought I would share with you guys this video of arguably the greatest MW ever.

Cool footage, thanks. I watch training footage of Canelo sometimes and Monzon reminds me here of Canelo.

With that being said: I think I would beat Monzon at soccer, 1 on 1.

One of the greatest ever!....Robinson, Monzon, Greb and Hagler.

I always wondered wether Greb was more proven at 160 than someone like Tiger Flowers. I know Greb had a lot more fights, but lot of those took place above middleweight, and Flowers must have been ducked left and right being 1) a southpaw, 2) good, 3) black.

I would have to add Freddie Steele as on of the greatest ever in a tier just below Hagler and Monzon....a record of 123-5-11 he was the Middleweight Champion though most of his career he fought at weights between 147 and 154.
Steele also appeared in 28 films....A friend of actor John Wayne, Steele became involved in the movies as the boxing double for Errol Flynn in Gentleman Jim, and later as a character actor giving starring performances in Hail The Conquering Hero with Eddie Bracken, and G.I. Joe with Robert Mitchum.
