Hey everyone. Me and the group I train with would like to start incorporating more flow drills into our training regimen. What chains/flows do you do routinely and/or like most?

I like to "flow roll" where you and your partner go about 50% power/defense so that whenever someone locks up a submission the other guy can work the defense and there is a lot of position transitioning. Also, it's nice to practice your offensive transitions like triangle to armbar to omo plata from guard or keylock to armbar to kimura from side control.

Agreed.
Very, very light rolling is amazing if you can find a partner that will stick to the plan and keep the exchange moving.

Google Animal Flow Drill, thats some solo exercise stuff that will increase your ability to chain things together
