A dossier they compiled on what China did and knew about the virus has been leaked.
Here is what various media are reporting on what the dossier states:
1 - China silenced and 'disappeared' doctors who raised the alarm
2 - China denied human-to-human transmission until Jan 20th despite knowing about it since early December
3 - China censored online comments that mentioned " Wuhan Seafood market " , " Wuhan unknown pneumonia"
"SARS variation"
4 - Jan 3rd China's National Health Commission ordered virus samples be moved to designated testing facilities or be destroyed.
5 - the CNHC also ordered a "no publication order" related to the disease
6 - Dossier also criticises the WHO for toeing the CCP line denying human-to-human transmission despite Taiwan warning the WHO there was human-to-human transmission
7 - Dossier says that through February China pressured the US, India, Italy, Australia , South East Asian countries and others NOT to protect themselves with travel restrictions aimed at Chinese travellers even though China imposed severe travel restrictions at home
8 - China pressured Brussels diplomats to remove criticism of China in their reports
9 - Wuhan researchers worked with an Australia lab. These researchers also synthesized a bat derived coronavirus that could not be cured.
According to the dossier, the team's work at the Wuhan lab involved discovering samples of coronavirus within a cave in Yunnan province and synthesizing a bat-derived coronavirus that could not be cured.

Point # 2 and # 7
It sure looks like China deliberately wanted the virus to spread outside China and make the whole world suffer. Their thinking could be : our economy is going to take a massive hit, so lets hurt everyone else as that would hurt everyone ability to compete with us when we are compromised.
What China did is a friggin war crime and gross human rights violation. It can't be business as normal after all this passes. There needs to be serious accountability and a paradigm shift in the world , especially the West, in how it deals with China.
