Fought 135 and 145lbs under both WFC organizations (westcoast fighting championships and world fighting championships), also was contracted to fight for Zahabi's MMA Fight Night up in Canada earlier this year at 155lbs, but Canada would not let me in! Stay as relaxed and focused as poss.. Trust me, you will get nervous and prob will not get much sleep the night prior to your fight. After weighins, rehydrate, eat and surround yourself with those who support you. Start your weight cut now! I walk around at 160-162lbs, stand 5ft 8in, and cut all my weight during the first threw weeks of a usual 8-10 week fight camp. So that most of my fight prep is done close to fight weight and it gives me a shit load of mental confidence knowing that my weight is not an issue leading up to my fight.. All I have to focus on is training hard and winning in the end. Do work bro, mahalo!
