Is it possible there isn't a large conspiracy that Hollywood is inherently more phillic then the rest of the world but rather philes are more common then we realize and rich people just have enough resources to act on those urges in a way that they believe they won't get caught? It's not a requirement to be a coming into Hollywood. It just happens that there are a lot of sick rich people that were brought into a lifestyle of partying and debauchery and it eventually led to them flying to an island and they were doing perverted things that would have otherwise been illegal in America.
