Chicken, brie and cranberry. It sounds gay af but god it's tasty.

2nd. Mince (ground beef) and cheese - NZ classic.

I love that. I bought an oyster shucker kit recently so I should do that soon. Maybe Sunday. The last time I made one it was a nightmare trying to do them with a knife.

I do a mean chicken, mushroom and leek pie which I like too.

Shortcrust is way easier and after spending all morning in the kitchen Christmas Day I don't want to be faffing around with puff on Boxing Day.
I love the idea of this, I make my own cranberry on Christmas Eve so this will be awesome. Thank you for the idea!!!
