Currently watching Goldfinger 4K and now I'm certain my favourite is From Russia With Love. And thats not a slight against Goldfinger, I just prefer Robert Shaw as the villian.

Whats your favourite or which do you think is the best?

Yeah FRWL and Goldfinger are clearly the best two. I knew they'd be leading the votes before voting myself.

Top three I would say

albeit I'm not the biggest fan of Connery as Bond.
 
Russia with Goldfinger a close second. I watched Dr No again a few months ago and it just seems kind of silly.
 
Dr. No has aged the worst of all of these.

Regardless of the subjectivity of whether or not the yellow-face bothers you on a moral/ethical level, the objective reality is that that shit looks fake as fuck to the point it’s actually distracting every time the character is onscreen.

Sean Connery IS James Bond, indisputably
 
Voted FRWL but Goldfinger is right up there with it.

Connery had a great run.

I do think Never Say Never Again is actually one of the best Bond titles. Not a huge fan of the film since it’s really essentially remaking the already damn solid Thunderball but I think it’s pretty good overall. Connery is a legend.

Also always had some sick hairpieces. Each era of his career. I bring it up cause I believe the one in Never Say Never was notoriously expensive.

I actually enjoy all of these. Picking just one is hard. Do I go with the ultimate quintessential classic Bond film (Goldfinger) or the one I enjoyed the most on my last marathon (Thunderball)?

@GoodBadHBK How is the 4K? I have the bluray set but I've been wanting a 4K set for ages now. I don't know if I should wait until all movies are packaged together in one set or just buy them individually since they are available now.

More of a Moore fan. Goldfinger and Diamonds are Forever are my top two of Connery. Thunderball has the iconic lyrical song of the Bond IP, so it goes up a bit. You could rank the others anyway you wanted.

Yeah from Russia With love by a huge margin is my favourite Connery Bond. I would say its top 3 Bond all time. Top 5 at worst.

Currently watching the 4K version.
