NFL Favorite College Football Player Ever?

Darren McFadden with Tavon Austin probably a close 2nd, Sean Taylor.

Honorable mention to Colt Brennan and Timmy Chang. I remember staying up late during the school year just to watch Hawaii drop 500 yards + easily on some random team. (More of the system I know, which is why they are an honorable mention)
You would've loved the WAC of the early to mid 90s (before the Mountain West split). Everyone ran the air raid.

I was at a sport's bar in OKC the first time Vince Young entered a college game. Being an inexperienced freshman, as with many young QBs in the same situation, they wanted to run the ball, kill some clock, and get their guy some in game experience. And what happened was, he took the snap, ran 25 yards down field, and as the LB ran up to knock him out of bounds (not helmet up, bc you could still tackle back then), he casually sticks his hand on the crown of the guy's helmet and shoves his face into the ground, didn't even take a hit.

And I cussed.

Eventually I'd seen him do similar things so many times and just run through the best of the Big 12, which was a stout conference at the time, and warmed up to the fact that he was just fun to watch. What he did in those BCS games, though, solidified it for me. At the college level, Vince Young was unreal.

Amos Zereoue since I saw the WVU. Mountaineers live in the late 90's.

Only one man won two Heismans (Archie Griffin) so that would have to put him in the conversation.

That being said I'd lean to Herschel Walker or Reggie Bush but I really want to put Mike Vick in there too.

Best game ever was Texas vs. USC for the natty with Vince Young.
