X-Men is the correct answer. Everything else is competing for second place.

Dungeons & Dragons was up there.

More modern ones that I watched and enjoyed with my kids include We Bare Bears and Adventure Time. The Marceline and Ice King backstory hits harder than most prestige dramas.

I guess I'll do categories, because some I loved growing up but haven't watched in years so can't vouch for them, and others I'll still put on to this day.

Favs that held up (I still like) as an adult so far:
The Mighty Hercules from the 60s
TMNT from the 80s
The Berenstain Bears
Classic Arthur, before the dog started talking
Johnny Bravo
Donkey Kong Country
For Better Or Worse
Recess
Batman The Animated Series
The Super Mario Bros Super Show
The Adventures Of Super Mario Bros 3

Favs as a kid:
Gargoyles
Little Bear
Tales From The Crypt Keeper
Beetlejuice
Cybersix
The Delta State
Carebears (80/90s)
Scooby-Doo (Where Are You, The Scooby-Doo Show, 13 Ghosts)
The Oblongs
The Rugrats
Sabrina The Animated Series
The Weekenders

I liked these as a kid but can't tolerate them much now:
Angela Anaconda
Braceface
What's With Andy

Yes, I'm Canadian.

The Mighty Hercules is an entertaining one.

Some of the episodes are on YouTube.

i know. a few years back i downloaded a bunch from youtube and put them on a usb stick, with some other shows. its ridiculous, back in 2014 id leave teletoon retro on my tv friday nights to watch goosebumps and the classic batman show from the 60s. then the mighty hercules would come on at some point and ply for hours. it drove me up a fucking wall, i hated it. but idk, i left it on the tv enough that i ended up loving it. maybe its a trauma bond lol.

As a kid, it was Whacky Races, Scooby Doo, Valley of the Dinosaurs, and then Danger Mouse. I also loved those cartoons shown during The Banana Splits

South Park
The Life and Times of Tim
Bojack Horseman

What was Godzilla, Johnny quest, 2000 heman like?

Tom&Jerry I absolutely adored as a kid and love to this day. When I was 4 I laughed at it so much that my body temperature went up. The quality of production, animation and sound design of the classic episodes is astounding.

As I got older South Park and Family Guy were great and I still enjoy those shows today.

animes: Paranoia Agent, FLCL, The Tatami Galaxy, Serial Experiments Lain, Dandadan

The Spider-Man animated series, and the Hulk and Batman one
Spawn cartoon in the 90s on HBO was elite.
The Simpsons
DBZ
Vinland Saga
The Iron Giant
Invincible

I remember a cartoon from the early 80s about a couple of space ships, one of them yellow. For the life of me I cant remember the fucking name and it drives me nuts. Also, Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors kicked ass.
