idk looks kind of weird, its like with real weapons or something, how come they dont die

Looks like something fun to do if you simply want to make friends and try something new. But I wouldn't invest too much time in it.

I have a friend who spent years studying some ancient martial arts that specializes in fighting with long sticks / swords. He can't even throw a punch though and you can't legally carry such weaponry as 6ft sticks.

The point I'm trying to make is why learn a form of combat if it's not something that could be useful?

Would be a heck of a lot more fun than playing with foam swords.

I'd find it more interesting if they were a legit judo team practicing a battle field style judo.

lol can't believe I found that ^

Does this count?

Not sure if it's extreme enough.

Apparently these guys went all out in this movie :

They can't have kills in a youtube video bro. They gotta edit that shit out. You'll be happy to know thousands have died

Thos armored combat league fights are nuts.

Also pretty significant money investment in gear for armor and weapons.

plate armour is very good protection, there's no point in bashing it with swords. you need to find the gaps
