I wonder, I suppose if she collected more votes it could? It would seem like if she is keeping the excess funds from the recount collection, that is entirely between her and the people who donated. I'm canadian, don't know the american system, but it seems like a waste of time and money to me and I don't understand her motivation but I also don't understand the anger towards it. I haven't dug deeply into it, I'd like to find a succinct objective explanation so I could speak more intelligently about it.
