People just dont think hes as good as Khabib (i dont think i spelled that correctly) and in my opinion, rightfully so.

That loss wasn't so bad considering Benson was still top 3 at the time. His next fight against Martins was a terrible showing though, kind of lost track of him after that.
 
He struggled mightily vs Buscape.

Plus its not like he lost every round and he trains with a smart camp and if he is smart patched the holes Benson exploited.

He has an impressive win over Masvidal and almost finished him.

Doesnt have very effecient boxing though ImO

He looked great in that fight, then never again. And he hardly fights.
 
The dude has zero wins over top 10, its like he just hit the scene.
He got tooled the only time he stepped up in competition, a big jump and prob unfair to have expected much.
He needs a win over a Poirier level LW before he is gonna get any kind of push.
 
He went from looking pretty darn good to looking pretty mediocre within a couple fights.
He's another one of those fighters who keeps fighting to the level his opponents.
 
Cause he's not that great and more importantly hasn't shown much or any improvement in a few years which is what most people base potential off of.I mean I think he's a great fighter,I just don't think he's great as far as comparing him to the top guys.



ps.That Masvidal win was bullshit.
