Elon Musk has called for a “dissolution of parliament” and a “change of government” in the UK while addressing a crowd attending a “unite the kingdom” rally in London, organised by the far-right activist Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, known as Tommy Robinson.

Musk, the owner of X, who dialled in via a video link and spoke to Robinson while thousands watched and listened, also railed against the “woke mind virus” and told the crowd that “violence is coming” and that “you either fight back or you die”.

He said: “I really think that there’s got to be a change of government in Britain. You can’t – we don’t have another four years, or whenever the next election is, it’s too long.

“Something’s got to be done. There’s got to be a dissolution of parliament and a new vote held.”

This is not the first time Musk has involved himself in British politics. He started a war of words with the UK government over grooming gangs and also criticised 2023’s Online Safety Act, calling the legislation a threat to free speech.

He had a warm relationship with Nigel Farage, and there were even rumours he could channel a donation to his party before the Tesla boss called for the Reform UK leader to be replaced during a dispute over his support for Robinson.

Musk told the crowd in central London: “My appeal is to British common sense, which is to look carefully around you and say: ‘If this continues, what world will you be living in?’

“This is a message to the reasonable centre, the people who ordinarily wouldn’t get involved in politics, who just want to live their lives. They don’t want that, they’re quiet, they just go about their business.

“My message is to them: if this continues, that violence is going to come to you, you will have no choice. You’re in a fundamental situation here.

“Whether you choose violence or not, violence is coming to you. You either fight back or you die, that’s the truth, I think.”

Musk also told the crowd “the left are the party of murder”, referring to the death of Charlie Kirk.

He said:

“There’s so much violence on the left, with our friend Charlie Kirk getting murdered in cold blood this week and people on the left celebrating it openly. The left is the party of murder and celebrating murder. I mean, let that sink in for a minute, that’s who we’re dealing with here.”

He also criticised what he called the woke mind virus and said decisions for advancement should be on merit rather than “discrimination on the basis of sex, or religion or any race or anything else”.

He said: “A lot of the woke stuff is actually super-racist, it’s super-sexist and often it’s anti-religion, but only anti-Christian, like why anti-Christian? That’s unfair … that should be all that matters, the woke mind virus, that I call it, is against all that.”

More than 110,000 people were estimated to have taken part in the far-right street rally, in what is thought to be one of the largest nationalist events in decades. The marchers were faced by about 5,000 anti-racist counter-protesters.

In addition to Musk, figures including Katie Hopkins and French far-right politician Éric Zemmour were invited to speak at the event.

London calling to the faraway towns
Now war is declared and battle come down
London calling to the underworld
Come out of the cupboard, you boys and girls
London calling, now don't look to us
Phony Beatlemania has bitten the dust
London calling, see we ain't got no swing
'Cept for the ring of that truncheon thing

The ice age is coming, the Sun's zooming in
Meltdown expected, the wheat is growing thin
Engines stop running, but I have no fear
Cause London is drowning, and I live by the river

London calling to the imitation zone
Forget it, brother, you can go it alone
London calling to the zombies of death
Quit holding out and draw another breath
London calling and I don't wanna shout
But while we were talking I saw you nodding out
London calling, see we ain't got no high
Except for that one with the yellowy eyes

The ice age is coming, the Sun's zooming in
Engines stop running, the wheat is growing thin
A nuclear error, but I have no fear
Cause London is drowning and I, I live by the river

The ice age is coming, the Sun's zooming in
Engines stop running, the wheat is growing thin
A nuclear error, but I have no fear
Cause London is drowning and I, I live by the river

Now get this
London calling, yes, I was there too
And you know what they said? Well some of it was true
London calling at the top of the dial
And after all this, won't you give me a smile?

London calling
I never felt so much a'like, a'like, a'like

“The most terrifying force of death, comes from the hands of men who wanted to be left alone. They try, so very hard, to mind their own business and provide for themselves and those they love. They resist every impulse to fight back, knowing the forced and permanent change of life that will come from it. They know, that the moment they fight back, their lives as they have lived them, are over.

The moment the men who wanted to be left alone are forced to fight back, it is a form of suicide. They are literally killing off who they used to be. Which is why, when forced to take up violence, these men who wanted to be left alone, fight with unholy vengeance against those who murdered their former lives. They fight with raw hate, and a drive that cannot be fathomed by those who are merely play-acting at politics and terror. TRUE TERROR will arrive at these people’s door, and they will cry, scream and beg for mercy… but it will fall upon the deaf ears of the men who just wanted to be left alone.”

And he's 100% correct.

The shitbags who are in charge are destroying the country and going against the well being of their own constituents should be dragged out in the streets and publicly flogged by the citizens.

Also wtf does "far right" mean? People who simply want to prevent the collapse of their society are now "far right"?

For fuck sakes, anyone to the right of Chancellor Mao is considered "far right" these days.

If Elon is backing Robinson's party against Reform, who are already super popular, he's just going to split the vote of those who are xenophobic, racist, just want to prioritise lowering immigration or are conservative.
Assuming Labour don't get immigration way down before the next election (I'm hoping they will and then some Reform voters who are traditionally Labour may switch back), some will vote Reform, some will vote for Robinson's party and some Conservative. That'll make it easier for Labour to win again, unless Corbyn's party comes in and splits the left-leaning vote enough.
Highly doubt that even with Musk's support Robinson's party gets big enough to win, whereas Reform has a chance.

Robinson doesn't have a political party?

LOL, that's how you know Musk doesn't' know shit about the UK, since he thinks they have regular elections every 4 years like the US.

I don't think it's a stretch to call the current government legit "traitors". No hyperbole. I mean, not only have they turned on the natives, but have gone so far as to cover up CHILD RAPE GANGS, in order to protect the invaders. I can't think of a worse first world government.

Can't see how anyone can be surprised at the recent shitshows in government. Tory's were bad and Labour are delivering even worse.

"The left is the party of murder, they celebrate murder, that's who we are dealing with here"

Elon Musk on a livestream in UK.

Wow really great guy here. That's exactly what we need right now. Great idea to just generalize tens of millions of people like that.

I remember growing up you'd say way less than that and there would be some responsibility to tone it down, especially in a position like that.

Fuck off Elon Musk and fuck off Tommy Robinson, you bunch of bigot scumbags. What a couple of social rejects.

Is Britain finally waking up @KnightTemplar and @Siver! ?

Well over 100,000 marched yesterday and in the polls, Reform is beating both Labour and the Tories like a couple of young Rotherham girls who tried to leave their, "Asian boyfriends".

I don't know about waking up, but the cultural zeitgeist has definitely shifted. The natural tendency of the British people to respect the police and politicians has been eroded by years of being treated with indifference at best, contempt at worst. Attempting to weaponize the justice system to frighten people out of protesting has just made things worse.

The current UK Government has the lowest approval rating on record, and that will only further plummet come the November budget.

They need to call a snap general election, if they are so sure they will turn things around - let’s see if the public buy into their ‘vision’.

It's never been asleep. Every poll has shown the native population as being against mass immigration and supporting mass deportations. They've just never had a party to vote for who would implement the will of the people.

The Tories of the mid-2000s literally campaigned on bringing immigration down to 10s of thousands, and we all know how that went. The British have been stabbed in the back more times than Julius Ceaser

Do you even politic? Advance is a political pressure group, not a party.

The Tories are finished unless they bring in Rupert Lowe as leader. Labour are fucked. Corbyn and his Jezbollah party are a joke.

i wish musk would just shut up. he's just immensely rich, but in terms of political communication he's a disaster. i don't even know if he's got a cogent political system in his head.

Everything you don’t like is far right. Obviously Nazis. Couldn’t be that Europeans are tired of being sentenced to 5 years for not thanking their rapist in their native tongue.

Btw nothing will change. Have a look at Britain’s gdp per capita over the last several years. They’re already broke. They’re importing people to prop up the total gdp

Well that depends what your stance is I guess.

But here's something to watch for. Starmer's government, like the Tory one before it, is falling apart quite organically.

Tax cheats like Rayner and now an Epstein scandal with Mandelson. Musk sees this and then calls for the dissolution of the government which is clearly grandstanding. He wants the type of people that marched this weekend to believe they made it happen. If it does happen, it will actually be sheer incompetence at this point with a far more standard political grounding.

It's reasonably shrewd in a very cynical way to use a well attended protest as a basis for regime change when it looks like we're already well on our way with Starmer massively unpopular with the left AND right, and his team falling apart at a rapid pace.
