He BJJ looks okay from his back but getting almost good positions from your back in a losing position and not locking in subs isn't enough. The reality is a Lutter black belt isn't legit enough to let yourself get taken down.

I would think getting grinded out by Islam, khabib, dc, and rockhold would help the cardio 10 fold.

She could've been way better than she was at the end of her career. Her career could've ended differently. Even if she did it after her loss to Holly or after Nunes fight, who knows what might have happened with her career after. She took 2 bad losses and gave up instead of trying to get better. Seems like Edmand figured out he needed more skills that he wouldn't be able to get unless he branches out.
