Edit: This thread is about what the title states, in no way am I trying to give any damaging information to the fine peeps we got here in this forum. I've shared some of my personal life experiences in this thread at my own will as well and just cus I did that doesn't mean this thread is about ways to do drugs & alcohol and not get caught when you shouldn't be doing them at all to begin with. This is just for knowledge and information purposes. If you do drugs or drink please do at your own risk, please be safe and responsible everyone!

Also mind my punctuation, I made this thread on an android phone so I really don't give a shiz about punctuation right now guys so sry bout that

Long length read guys:

So I've done a lot of research about this topic, I also did a lot of experimenting when I was younger when it comes to drugs and alcohol and seeing how long it takes to get it all out of your body. I thought I'd like to share my knowledge and also get your thoughts, input and experiences about this topic. I'll start with a few different things and post more in a bit.

To start things off I am 5'10 and currently weigh 151lbs. Several factors along with your metabolism and health play huge roles in how long it'll take for something to get out of your system. Here are some of my experiences

Marijuana: So I use to smoke weed basically everyday in my 20's. I ended up stopping at 30 yrs old because I got put on probation for a year for some dumb shit I did. I stopped the day I knew I couldn't smoke anymore ( Oct 5 ).

I had bought 50, 12 panel drug test cups that day online and got them 3 days later. I pissed flaming hot for THC the day I got the tests in the mail and I knew I was gonna get tested by my P.O on my 1st visit to him which was gonna be Oct 10.
That day came and he tested me and was clean for everything but THC. This is where I began my study of course. I changed my diet significantly and began drinking a hell of a lot more water and cranberry juice that very day and forward. I kept my routine of working out but made it so I didn't workout everyday anymore. I would workout 1 or 2 times a week for about an hour and would be lazy at home on purpose for the rest of the week. My next probation appointment was Oct 24, so 14 days from the 10th.
Of course I had stopped smoking weed completely and abstained from doing any drugs or alcohol completely. The Oct 24 came and he didn't test me that time. My following appt was Nov 7 so another 2 weeks. Nov 7 came and he tested me and I was clean all the way. So here is where stuff gets interesting.
My following appt was another 2 weeks out from Nov 7. I decided to go and get 50$ worth of herb. So right after I saw the P.O and got the herb I went home and rolled a blunt but instead of smoking the whole thing to myself I had my friend come over. I only hit the blunt exactly 2 times and let my friend smoke the rest. I got extremely high as if I smoked the whole blunt.
The next morning I tested my urine and it came back negative for everything. I went and smoked again with my friend 2 days later but this time I smoked about half of the blunt. I got super high of course. I checked the following morning and again negative for everything. So Nov 21 was my next appt. I smoked about 5 times total before the 21st on various days but never a whole blunt and I gave myself 5 days of no smoking before Nov 21. The morning of Nov 21 I checked my urine and no THC no nothing. Went in to see the P.O and he tested me and I passed.
So, after he tested me the 1st time and I had THC in my system it took about 3-4 weeks of no smoking and drinking healthy amounts of water before it was fully out of my system and once I knew I was clean I had a 2 week window where I smoked but never large amounts and gave myself the 5 days of no smoking at all and I passed the urine screening no problem.
I've determined that you CAN smoke weed and pass a urine screen but you HAVE to be mindful of how much you smoke and always make sure to give yourself time between your smoke sessions because you can be clean as a whistle for long as you want, but if you smoke weed 2-3 days in a row and smoke a lot you'll definitely have THC in your system and it'll most likely take anywhere between a few days to a few weeks before it leaves your body completely. Age, Weight, Liver and Kidney health, Diet, water intake, Metabolism and several other factors play a major role in how long it'll take for something to exit your body completely.
If your a heavy weed smoker and you quit smoking it shouldn't take more than 30 days for THC to be completely out of your system or very close to it. Once you are THC free but want to enjoy a smoke you MUST be mindful of how much you are gonna smoke and you MUST be smart about when you do it and make sure you give yourself the proper amount of time for your body to rid any trace amounts of THC from its system. So if you smoke half a blunt on a Monday, don't smoke again for about 3 days and you should be clean long as your a healthy individual.

I will definitely post more information about other drugs and also alcohol in a few. The more info = more knowledge!
Anyone with questions, I will get to you as soon as I possibly can!
I am NOT a doctor at all, I just have about 15+ years of actual life experiences when it comes to this type of stuff.

Lol at any pothead reading that many words
Lol, I hear you but my goal with this thread is to help anyone that has this type of question/s when it comes to not just weed but any drug or alcohol at any specific time of anyone's life.

I honestly can't imagine a 30+ year old grown ass man (manchild) having this little self control. Especially after already fucking up. Instead of running stoner experiments on yourself for the benefit of fellow losers on the internet, why not just get your shit together?

I can't feel my face.

If your goal is to troll people into getting their probation revoked I'm all for it.
Not at all man. Probation is a privilege so I don't want anyone to screw themselves over. I've known plenty of people on probation or parole and they just can't stay away from drugs and alcohol for whatever personal reasons they may have so I just want to share the honest truth about how drugs and alcohol work in the body. Just want to share knowledge is all bruv not try to ruin lives

Oh I got my shit together. I'm not in any trouble with the law anymore thank God. I used to be on probation years ago and I did enjoy smoking weed in my youth so I definitely experimented with what I could and couldn't get away with. I am sober nowadays and wouldn't live any other way. I got a young son so life couldn't be better for me. This is a topic I've always found interesting so I wanted to share what I know about it and get others input on the topic, but if you don't find any of this useful or interesting please just don't pay any attention to it. I don't mean any harm in anyway.

Alcohol:
Drinking is a fun thing to do with friends or family, sometimes even by yourself if that's what you prefer. I personally am not a big drinker. I hate liquor but am the type to enjoy a beer with my dad on a Sunday watching some football. Everybody is different.
So if you do research you'll find case studies or different types of information saying how Alcohol can be detected in urine for up to 80+ hours after it is ingested, alcohol can be detected in hair follicles for up to 90 days, alcohol can be detected in your blood for up to 12-14 hours, in saliva for 6 to 12 hours. I've found this to be not very accurate in my case (everyone is different of course) but facts and being honest with yourself will help you fully understand whatever it is you'd like to know when it comes to this topic. First things first, if you want to get alcohol out of your system all you have to do is STOP drinking or taking alcohol and stop for several days not just a day or two obviously. Drinking is more straight forward because if you drink you will have whats called Ethyl Glucuronide (ETG) in your body. This is a metabolite that sticks around your body well after you've had any alcohol. So say you drank a lot about a hour ago and you take a breathalyzer test, the breathalyzer will show whatever percentage of alcohol is concentrated in your body at that time. Say you drank last night and take a breathalyzer right now (full day after drinking, but you haven't drank since) the breathalyzer will most likely show you have no alcohol in your breath/body at that moment. Say you drank 3 days ago but had to do a urine screen, it is very possible you will test positive for ETG depending on the amount of alcohol consumed and the strength of the alcohol (alcohol percentage). No amount of water consumed will hide how much ETG is in your body. ETG goes away with time. You don't need 30+ days like you would with marijuana if you was a heavy weed smoker, but if your a heavy drinker you'll most likely need anywhere from 80 to 120 hours for the ETG metabolite to be completely gone from your body.

So I did some tests some time ago and here is what I found out. Once again age, weight, health, metabolism, kidney health, etc all play major roles in how well your body does when it comes to getting rid of any toxins or unwanted metabolites.
So I started by having 2 bud light oranges (4.2% alcohol content)
watching a football game with my dad on a Sunday night. The following morning at around 1130am I tested my urine and the test said positive for ETG (Ethyl Glucuronide). I gave myself 2 more days no drinking and tested my urine again and the test said I was negative for ETG. So than Sunday came back around but this time I had 2 beers that were 5.9% alcohol content and had 4 small glasses of wine that had 12% alcohol content. I waited for Wednesday which was about 72 hours after I drank and the test said positive for ETG. I checked again on Thursday which was about 96 hours after i had those drinks and the test said negative this time. So its pretty straightforward imo, don't drink at all if you don't want it in your system. Just know that when you drink at all its in your body until its out, not just the alcohol but its metabolite as well!

TLDR version;

“To start things off I am 5'10 and currently weigh 151lbs.”

You failed to meet the Sherdog minimum height/weight requirements.
Lmao, your dead right about that. I'm def not 6'4 minimum and weigh 250+ . I've failed Sherdog

Best way to pass a drug test as a 30 something year old is to not do drugs. You aren’t 18 anymore. The ability to provide for my kids with a good income far outweigh getting drunk or high. Get your shit together man.

well
i have a shit ton of THC in my body.
~10% body fat, drink a shit ton of water everyday, and workout 4/5 times a week.
