So I noticed that The MMA Lab, where Benson Henderson famously trains at, there had been multiple splits between the fighters and everyone has now dispersed and trains elsewhere. Striking coach Eddie Cha no longer trains there either.

I’m curious as to what happened.

I also noticed in this interview Cortney Casey now dates Drakkar Klose who has a 1 year old kid with another person and I remember Casey having a husband hence her name Casey-Sanchez.

They’re at a camp called “Fight Ready” somewhere in Arizona but not at MMA Lab. Apparently Cha and Crouch are not friends anymore. Dunno the whole story tho

Drakkar is boring as shit and has always had a piss poor attitude from what I can tell. Even if he left to better himself, there's better ways to do it than to shit on your former camp the first interview you get.

Never liked him, also the Bobby Green fight was a terrible decision.

I remember from before a fighter that trained there saying there was some in-fighting about Dern and her participation or lack their of with their pro team.

Being a distraction, having other fighters taking pictures of her during training, only showing up part time intentionally, ect.

Sounds like they had plenty of issues going on there.
