Nepotism always is big problem for all societies and countries. Cos it isn't corruption.
Nepotism is to promote relatives and friends or " friends " for important or at least well paid positions in companies, unis, colleges, municipalities, government etc...

Soon Africa will smile, U.S unfortunately reached pinnacle of Nepotism where Russia and Ukraine should start to learn from them like pupps.
