I see SO many fat kids on Ebikes and I feel like thee bikes are just enabling obesity.
I bet if we look up stats on percentage of obese kids since ebikes became a thing there would be a definite increase.

I feel like McDonald's and social media has contributed more to obesity problems than anything.

Kids wanna eat shit and play on their phones all day rather than anything physical.

I walked in to a teenagers party at my buddies house that his kid was throwing, and it was literally a bunch of teenagers sitting around on their phones messaging and snapping each other.

No dancing or doing stupid shit at all, just sitting.

No way! I have a Ebike and i set my resistence so its the same if im on level ground or going up hills. I dont burn out and can ride 10 miles like im speed racing. Crazy cardio for days! You are a fool if you think Ebikes don't have a place in serious exercise.
White belt, join date yesterday, checks out, you are a fool. And probably poor because you can't afford a Ebike, otherwise you wouldnt have made this stupid ill informed thread.

Unrelated but I see this at restaurants too. It's sad. Couples just staring at their phones instead of enjoying a nice meal together. And then they wonder why multiple years later that they're emotionally disconnected in the relationship and growing bored

Because before they got their hands on eBikes they walked?

eBikes dont make you fat.
Try stopping eating junk food and drink gallons of soda filled with sugar.

No!
There were lots and lots of 'fattie, fattie, bom-boms' before e-bikes were around.

I grew up in the sixties, and it was rare to see a fat man or woman, it really was. So much so, if one was spotted,[like a whale being spotted by someone on a whaling ship. "There she blows!"] everyone would just stare at them! It was just so unusual to see one.

E-Bikes are certainly not helping, but the obesity problem has been going for awhile now. I think it's more or less our easy access to bad quality food.

What kinda ebike you got? I was thinking bout getting one I have a diamondback insight and use to do 20 miles a day on it but thought an ebike may help me a little. And you been on here a long time brotha you know not all white belts on here are first timers.;)

I would not put the blame on e-bikes completely, but the way we live now we have much less physical activity in general, thanks to transportation and all the commodities we have. Plus lots of food, plus lots if sugar in that food.

We need to bring back fat shaming

Pretty sure it's pizza, alcohol and lack of exercise etc that are the cause of many people contracting an acute case of FatFuckitis these days, not e-bikes.
