No, there's commercial ials for it everywhere now though.
Gym, martial arts are my 100% positive dopamine hits. I smoke weed daily, not too much , but still daily. Its probably not a good habit but it makes me feel better and its been years at this point.
That's kind of my issue though.
I couldn't continue to stay motivated for martial arts, mma, training etc. up to a point, cause I wasn't getting the kind of "dopamine payoff".
When I was younger, after a hard week of training or a contest or something, you'd go out and party and score chicks and that was like your "reward" (dopamine hit).
Getting into independent adult territory and maturity, I guess I lost that and my body was like, "better find something fun for me to do or I'm not going to stay motivated for all this gruelling training".
I used to LIVE for gruelling training.
Now I'm trying to figure it out like, a combination of socializing and picking up girls, but you have to have a talent to do this if you want to do it into adulthood.
Not like some dipstick kids trying to "get lucky" and get his jollies.
But a combination of that, tea/coffee, mild stimulants hit a little dopamine, a little poker/gambling, good music........ the usual sources of dopamine.
Put it all together to get sufficient dopamine to be able to deal with all the other stuff, the pressure of training and studying etc.
To deal with work, we NEED the fun part on the back end, absolutely no doubt about it.
